VLK has been working with Prim Construction over the past 10-years, they have built seven ground-up projects and three major renovations for us and are currently assisting with budgeting on two major renovations sill in design.  Prim is our preferred General Contractor partner when we have an opportunity to bring them on to a project.  They have consistently performed to the highest standards in terms of management, cost control, and project quality, I would rate them 5+ on each of your bullet points.  Prim has an excellent management team that is well organized, detail oriented, easy to communicate with, very responsive to information request, and documentation centered.
