WilliamsRDM, a local, woman-owned defense manufacturer in DFW, approached PRIM for assistance with the construction of a new, large office and manufacturing building. The project, designed by Schwarz Hanson Architecture and managed by Joe Bloodworth, spans 90,000 square feet. The facility includes a state-of-the-art manufacturing floor, dedicated engineering workspace, collaborative meeting areas, modern office accommodations, and integrated shipping operations, all housed within a single location. This facility will significantly enhance the operational capacity and efficiency of WilliamsRDM.

The space is located in Benbrook off Loop 820, and is in close proximity to Lockheed Martin, a prime defense contractor that WilliamsRDM works with regularly.
